1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days for order processing and creation before shipment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Local Pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup (address provided at checkout.) After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will be notified via your contact info provided during checkout to coordinate pickup date & time.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

XPILOC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
